Can I please see a photo of the phone?
As we buy and sell 1000’s of phones we do not capture photos of each phone that is sold against each order. Our professional technicians grade the cosmetic condition of the phone against the grading scale below. If you look at our photos in the listing we have a sample photo of the condition of the phone with explanation of cosmetic grading. Remember we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all products!!!
Please explain the cosmetic grading of the phone?
We provide a clear grading guideline that shows what cosmetic condition the phone is in:
|●||New. Never Used - This product is new and has not been used. Please read listing to see if it is in original packaging and sealed.|
|●||Excellent – This item has been lightly used but has been well looked after and is in very good appearance. There may be minor marks or light surface scratches.|
|●||Great – This item has been used and shows signs of normal wear such as light marks or scratches.|
|●||Used/Fair – This item shows signs of significant but normal wear which may include scratches and/or scuff marks.|
|●||Heavily Used – This item has been used heavily and may exhibit signs of wear including deep scratches, scuff marks and dents. Any damage is cosmetic only and does not affect the functionality of the device.|

What is the IMEI/Serial of the phone?
As we buy and sell 1000’s of phones we do not capture the IMEI of each phone that is sold against each order. It is very easy to find the IMEI of the phone by going to settings.
Is the phone locked?
No Certified Tech Direct phones are network locked (unless very clearly stated in the listing)
How old is the phone?
As we purchase the phones/tablets through trade in programs and in bulk we cannot determine the exact age but we offer warranty regardless and can estimate the age based on when the handset launched.
How long does the battery last?
All phone batteries have differing capacity and the amount of time that they will last depends on capacity and type of usage. Certified Tech Direct tests every battery to ensure that it is above 80% of its original manufactured capacity.
From time to time the capacity of the battery drops unexpectedly, causing issues. Batteries ARE covered by warranty – to take advantage of this warranty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will diagnose the problem and resolve it for you immediately.

When will my phone arrive?
Free Express Courier Shipping is included with EVERY order – We use Toll’s Express Courier Service for delivery to residential/business addresses and AusPost to PO Boxes and some regional locations.
Once dispatched expected delivery times are as per below:

Can I pick up my phone?
We do not allow pick up of phones as our business is not set up for a retail operation. Also for security reasons as we have large volumes of mobile phones in stock. Please note the phone is in stock and ready to ship via express courier service.
