PAYMENT & DELIVERY

 

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal only – this allows us to send the phone to you ASAP.  Please CONTACT US if you have any queries about your Paypal payment.

 

Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched same day –  if your order is completed and paid by 2PM AEST it will be dispatched on the SAME DAY.  Orders placed after this will be dispatched next business day.  Shipping only occurs Monday to Friday.

 

Shipping

Free Express Shipping is included with EVERY order – We use Australia Post Service for delivery to residential/business addresses and AusPost to PO Boxes and some regional locations.

 

Once dispatched expected delivery times are as per below:

Australia – Residential/Business Address (Toll Express) = 1 to 2 business days

Australia – PO Box (AusPost E-Parcel) = 2 to 4 business days

New Zealand (Toll Express) = 2 to 4 business days

 

Tracking

We will upload tracking information for each order so that you can watch your phone’s progress!  All phones are packaged professionally and securely in generic boxes.

Missed Deliveries

If the delivery address was not attended when the courier attempted delivery, then the item will :

 

Toll:  Remain in the driver's van to be redelivered the next day.

Australia Post: A delivery slip will be left and the phone will be delivered to the nearest post office to await collection

 

If you are unable to make contact with the courier company in time for redelivery, your item will be sent to the local depot or post office (depending on service used).

 

International Shipping

Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer so be aware of your responsibilities before you purchase

 

Returns

You are required to obtain a return authorisation from the Certified Tech Direct Customer Service Team before returning any item. Repair, refund or replacement will not be processed until the item has been received and inspected by a Certified Tech Direct representative.
