Before purchasing, please ensure you read and agree to our company’s terms and conditions. We set out terms to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us. If you do not agree with the stated terms and conditions, we advise that you do not use our website for any information or purchasing.
Whilst we make every attempt to maintain stock of every item we offer on our website, from time to time some items may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors. We will provide you with timely notification of any out of stock or delayed item.
We take pride in providing you with correct and current information regarding our products, however from time to time the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Certified Tech Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.
We accept Paypal all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX)
For Paypal payments please ensure that your Paypal registered shipping details match your registered shipping details at our website.
We offer both standard and express delivery Australia Wide.
On NSW business days, your items will be processed and shipped the same day when full payment is received and confirmed by Paypal or our bank before 3pm.
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct before completing your payment as we only ship item to your registered checkout address. A re-delivery fee will be charged if your delivery is incorrect or unclaimed.
Certified Tech Direct will not be responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
Warranty and Returns
It is the responsibility of the Manufacturer to repair or replace the handset under warranty contract. However Certified Tech Direct is happy to assist with all of your warranty enquiries. Please ensure that you request a RA (Return Authorisation) number before returning all products. Please visit our warranty page for complete details on returning products.
Certified Tech Direct reserves the right to await ELF approval from the manufacturer prior to replacing an item if we suspect the fault may be due to physical or liquid damage.
Returned items found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/repaired and will incur a minimum $35.00 inspection fee or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds would not be eligible for change of mind. Please select your purchase carefully as refunds would not be eligible to incompatibility or incorrect choice.
